
My mom can make ice cream cake. That is heaven on earth, folks!
She has made it twice. The second time was better, and I am going to tell you why:
The first time, she made two sheet cakes, and one half gallon of ice cream inside. That was TOO much cake and NOT enough ice cream for me. I am spoiled, I know. The second time, she made one sheet cake, cut it in half, length wise and used the same amount of ice cream. Perfection! Then, you just frost the outside, decorate it how you'd like, freeze and EAT!
