Tuna Casserole

Okay, last night was Jackson's night to choose dinner. This is a meal that my dad, Josh and I refuse to eat... but my kids LOVE it. It's so easy, and most people have the ingredients in their pantry on an everyday basis.
Ingredients:
Egg Noodles
Tuna fish
Cream of Mushroom Soup

Boil your noodles. Drain. Stir in the can of tuna fish and the can of cream of mushroom soup. Put it in the microwave for five minutes. DONE!

You can also add shredded cheese and crushed up potato chips to the top of it before you put it in the microwave. My kids just like it plain.

  1. I am counting on you to keep doing this blog--I need new kid friendly cooking ideas. We have a few tuna haters here so I think I'll try making this with shredded chicken instead. Let's try and do lunch next month..I'll probably be back in business by the end of April :) love ya!
